The Surf Concierge:

In 2007, Surfin Fire partnered with Aviara Four Seasons Resort, located in beautiful Carlsbad, California. The two five star organizations created a quality service to feature at the resort as the main activity, offering  the hundreds of national & international guests who stay at the resort the joy of surfing.  The recent change of ownership to the Park Hyartt has seen the same top class surf instruction and has enjoyed the continued relationship. The resort and the time shares clientele have enjoyed a huge success with all who participate.  In 2008, 2009 and 2010 we safely serviced over 800 guests through the surfing program which Surfin Fire currently delivers on a ongoing daily basis, year round at our South Ponto Beach location.  In addition, our surf instruction service has acted as a nice publicity vehicle for the resort with stories in USA Today, New York Times, and Time Magazine.

Surfin Fire greets the resort guests daily by appointment at either the main entrances or on the beach. Upon delivery the guest enjoy a short walk to the relatively quiet area at South Ponto for their surf lesson. 70% of these guests have never been in the water before, let alone have ever experienced the thrill of a ride atop of a surf board! Surfin Fire’s trained customer service staff can be found scheduling daily lessons & answering frequently asked questions at the “surf shack” found on the pool deck at the resort for the outstanding program.
